More small edits for doc/lispref/windows.texi

* doc/lispref/windows.texi (Textual Scrolling, Coordinates and Windows)
(Window Configurations, Window Parameters, Window Hooks): Copyedits.
(Textual Scrolling): Mention recenter-redisplay, recenter-top-bottom,
and recenter-positions.  Remove recenter example.

* admin/FOR-RELEASE: Related markup.
